First decision. This complex near Bucharest is not one interchangeable thermal pool. Galaxy is the family water-play area, The Palm focuses on pools and relaxation, and Elysium adds saunas and wellness services. Decide who is travelling and which experience matters before selecting a time slot or package; a ticket's included areas do not override age rules.
Family tickets need an age check
The operator places children aged 3–14 in Galaxy. Children under 3 may enter The Palm with a birth certificate; visitors over 14 may enter The Palm and Elysium with identification. Check each family member's eligibility before paying, especially if siblings span those brackets. A Palm ticket includes Galaxy, while Elysium includes both Palm and Galaxy, but that is not permission for a 3–14-year-old to use adult areas. Galaxy's slides and wave pool are a different choice from Elysium's saunas.
What to bring and what the ticket covers
The first-visit instructions require swimwear and a shower before the relaxation areas. Bring a towel and clean flip-flops packed in your bag; towels can also be rented. The RFID wristband opens your selected area and records purchases payable on departure. Admission varies by area, visit length, weekday, school holiday and promotion, so compare the operator's current tariff rather than relying on an old quoted price. Tickets can be bought online or at the entrance; vacation cards are not accepted for admission.
The operator’s arrival guide describes STB bus 442 from Piața Presei Libere via Henri Coandă Airport and car access from DN1 in Balotești. Check the live STB timetable and the operator’s turning directions rather than navigating to central Bucharest. The exterior photograph dates from 2019; it does not show today's pool layout or opening conditions.
